There are several ways a parent can recognize if a child has been abused, especially if the child dress or act weird. The way a child behaves indicates child neglect such as unusual school attendance. Some abused kids act different around a crowd of people and people can tell if a child is being mistreated because of the way they dress, but then again it may be hard to tell whether a child is getting abused because some parents may threaten the child and tell them not to say anything. Also people can tell if a child is getting mistreated because the child may dress different than their brother or sister.
